Dependable Solutions, Inc. was started in 2003 by Joe and Tina Ruskey. Joe had previously owned and operated a consulting firm in Chicago, and after relocating to Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, felt the environment was right and the need was strong in the city to have a firm that provided the experience and expertise that he brought with him. His beliefs were confirmed when Dependable Solutions immediately connected with clients in both the business and local government markets.

Dependable Solutions, Inc. is a full service technology consulting firm that works with all types of clients, including educational institutions, local government, and businesses of all sizes. We are able to assist our clients in multiple ways. We help our clients do everything from making their technology more manageable to helping with technolgy budgeting and planning. Our goal is to help our clients maximize their budget by developing and implementing the most effective technology solutions.

In addition to our consultation services, Dependable Solutions, Inc. opened its doors to a new business/retail service center on April 1, 2008. This new business service center has solutions to serve the simple vacation traveler as well as the seasoned executive business traveler. The service center includes a wireless hotspot for your own laptop, Internet Cafe, printing/scanning/copying/faxing, meeting rooms, and much more. We even sell and service home user equipment.
